Baby massage is not just a nurturing calming class to do with your baby it can actually have amazing benefits for you and your baby! Being a mum in those first six months is incredibly intense, can be overwhelming and also lonely (and yes it is totally ok to admit this!). Signing up to a baby course is a great way to have something in the diary each week to help get you out and about, meeting other likeminded mammas and have a place to download on motherhood!
