Welcome mamma, I am so pleased you have found me.

I am here to support you through your journey into motherhood from pregnancy,

birth and into your postpartum.

 

As a birth doula I support you in building birthing knowledge, confidence and tapping into your innate intution to birth your baby. As you transition into motherhood, as a postpartum doula I nurture and nourish you, helping you navigate the new version of yourslef as a mamma and your newborn bub.

 

I would be honoured to be part of your support team.

 

I am also known on the Central Coast as a mamma gatherer helping you build your village of support. My prenatal gatherings, workshops and courses are a fantastic way to connect with others while building your knowledge and confidence in all things birth and postpartum.  All these are held The Village Collective in Ettalong -  your new home from home and motherhood space of which I am co-founder of.

I could write a novel about Kathryn! She is a ray of sunshine in such an uncertain and rollercoaster of a time. Throughout my whole pregnancy I knew she had my back with any decision we made. After every chat I felt more confident with my choices and the labour ahead. 

 

As for having her there during my labour, It was like having a personal trainer and cheerleader for the most intense marathon that ever existed. Kathryn kept my head in the game and without her and my partner I really don’t think labour would have been as straight forward and positive as it was.

Kathryn was an amazing support for both of us during pregnancy and labour. Her meals and snacks are delicious and her Mindful Hypnobirthing Course is priceless.
